This painting of the Florida Marlins rookie catcher appeared in the December 1995 issue #56 of Beckett Focus on Future Stars. I always enjoy painting catchers because it reminds me of my younger days playing Hot Stove League baseball in Homeworth and Alliance, Ohio.
